Non-Stale bagel cookies

Ingredients:

1 pack of margarine
1 cup (4 oz) of vinegar (those who do not like vinegar can use the same amount of lemon)
1 cup (4 oz) sugar
1 cup (4 oz) olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk
1 Package Baking Powder
4 water glass (4x 7 oz) of flour
Sesame seeds for the top

How to make;

Sift the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder to avoid lumps. Melt all 1 packet of margarine. Separate the yolk from the white of the egg and add only the yolk to the mixture you passed through the sieve. Then add all the ingredients except sesame seeds and egg whites into your bowl and knead.

After it turns into dough, shape it into bagels as shown in the picture. (Optionally, you can enlarge the bagel size.) Dip the bagels you have made first in egg white and then in sesame seeds. Place them on a tray with greaseproof paper. Bake in a preheated 200° oven for 20 minutes. (Since degrees and minutes may vary depending on the oven used, it is useful to check for browning.

After cooking, you can keep it at room temperature for a while and serve it.

You can be sure that the bagel you will store in sealed containers will not get stale for a long time. Enjoy your meal.

Powered mostly by unmurdered coffee and questionable levels of enthusiasm, I wander through life chatting with friends, diving into water whenever possible, and stopping to greet every animal I meet. I’m a little insane, a little dreamy, and usually laughing at my own jokes (someone has to). Welcome to my website in the multiverse — where virtual designs, nature, noise, about my culture and my nonsense all get along surprisingly well.
